You can find many young and handsome therapists here, normally ranging from 18-23.  
Staff are very polite, frankly and friendly. 
They are not the most professional ones but they have passions and enthusiasm in working.
All of their therapy rooms are with private aerobic shower system which enchances privacy, independency
and hygiene.

Since their shop is in a high level of building, 
so high privacy is obtained by every guests and customers. 

Actually, they are not only a spa but they are a health center also.
They provide both spa services and health consultation in terms of 
Asian aspects and Japanese aspects for you all.  Therefore, they got a very strict and high standard in hygiene.

Based on news from credible sources,
Hugo Spa is run by some senior therapists and investors who are passionate
in spa and massage.

They are located at the most luxurious and prosperous area in
Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
The location is excellent for locals and tourists.

One Peking with a list of luxurious brands and Langham Hotel are just around the corner.
Thus, the neighboring area of the shop is high-ended.
The restaurants and nightview there are perfect match.

All rooms are with private shower area.

The inner decorations of the shop are in Japanese-and-Korean loft style,
which makes everyone there absolutely comfortable.

As a gay-friendly spa in Tsim Sha Tsui,
this shop is well-known of their masseurs with good massage skills and favorably
handsome profiles. 
The spa skills and acuuracy of massage skills towards particular body parts are very outstanding,

They are nice and polite. Masseurs are of good massage skills in terms of Chinese medicine.

They focus on hygiene very much. 
Regular sterilization and disinfection is practiced frequently.  
The shop is spacious. 
A little bit negative is the age of their masseurs is relatively high.

A very good gay spa in Tsim Sha Tsui. Even though their staff is nice
and polite, the availability of their manpower is extremely low.

You can't simply come to the shop even by booking in advance.

雖然他們的員工是友善和有禮的，
但他們的人力資源卻極度短缺。
即使你提前預約，很多時也不能順利到達。

They used to be one of the famous spa in Tsim Sha Tsui. After the change of shareholders, however, management of spa and the quality of boys become worst. 
Complaints from customers overseas are common. 
The facilities are old and the passion of masseurs are low.

Relatively large-scale facilities and environment but over-mechanical. 
People are not close and nice to each others. 

Moreover, it is difficult to find their place, even to a local.  
Much map research should be done before going to their shop if you are a foreigner.

Frankly, they can be said as free riders but can be regarded as negligent.  
When our guests come inside their shop as customers, 
the receptionist treat us like a transparent object. 

After payments, no greetings are given by them.  
Most of their masseurs come from mainland China.
During the process of massage, most of their staff would use their cellphone and 
continue to massage customers at the same time, 
which is totally unacceptable.

After the process, the mainland Chinese masseur will ONLY ask you 
for unreasonably high tips using Mandarin tone if you are a foreigner.

So, politeness, passion and honesty is what they gonna to act 
in order to improve as soon as possible.

Regardless of massage skills, their masseurs are not handsome at all.  
If you wanna solely find guys who ONLY merely get a pass in massage skills, 
you can have a visit to their shop.
Hygiene is below standard. 
Tap water flowing from shower facilities shows reddish brown color.
Some of massage rooms are badly facilitated and poorly decorated.
You might possibly fail to take a shower while their facilities are out of services.
Some customers badly comment that they had to pass through other rooms for a quick
shower when other customers could see through their naked body.

擁有略有規模的設施和環境，但過分機械化，人與人間不能親近。
而且，對於一位香港人來說，這店的位置是難以尋找的。
筆者衷心建議外國人或外地人需要到Google或百度去做更多的地圖搜索。
地址描述是尖沙咀，但實際是在佐敦，地點難免令人困惑。

坦言，此店的員工可說是置身事外的。
客人付款後，員工沒有給予適當的祝賀語或謝謝。
在按摩過程中，技師一邊玩智能電話一邊替客人按摩。
這種行為簡直是不可原諒。

按摩後，技師逼客人付出不合理地高的小費。
尤其技師在面對外地客人時，他們會要求更高的小費。
所以，禮貌以及友好是此店現在最需要去實現的兩個要素。

按摩水準及格，但除此以外，他們的員工年齡太老，而且樣子不討好，
而且大部分是來自中國大陸。
如果你單純需要及格的按摩技能，而不是同志社交生活（因這也是水療應該做到的一環），
你可以試一試此店。

衛生程度差劣，偶然間在花灑水中發現帶啡色的水喉水。
部分按摩房的浴室不能運作，客人要經過大廳到其他房間洗澡，
其間會看見其他客人。

有正宗按摩經驗的老技師，有拔罐及耳燭等服務。
技師多為資歷較多的中年師傅（有男有女），
多數是上了年紀40歲~50歲（多為中國大陸新移民），
並有足浴服務。

親民的服務，足浴專家，
但環境裝修比較老舊，而且客源廣泛，任何年紀的男女都有，
也有很多南亞及菲律賓客人。
