曼谷沒要禁絕小吃　泰國官員怨外媒亂報
 

先前多家外媒報導指出，泰國曼谷當局為整頓市容，將全面禁止路邊小吃攤，另吃客感嘆，擔憂再也吃不到街邊美食，不過泰國市府官員表示，媒體弄錯了，當局只是取締衛生不佳和違規佔用馬路的攤販，美食還是吃得到的。泰國觀光部長柯布卡恩（Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul）昨在臉書留言表示，關於曼谷要全面禁止小吃並非實情，媒體報導都錯了，曼谷街頭小吃受到本地人與外國遊客喜愛，已成曼谷觀光特色。

曼谷沒打算全面禁絕小吃，只是想取締違規攤販而已。柯布卡恩還表示，相關部門已跟曼谷警方研商解決方案，例如加強檢驗攤販衛生、設計攤販制服、加強訓練等方案，還可能強制抽驗小販清洗碗盤、廢棄物處理等標準。先前媒體報導曼谷小吃將被禁絕，不少老饕網友在網路上表示「心痛」「生命又缺一塊」，另外泰國網站khaosod也公開一系列照片，顯示當局自本周一開始取締攤販後，曼谷街景的改變。（蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導）

反之較為平實、正面描寫同志的無綫劇集寥寥無幾，最近期的例子是2008年首播的長劇《珠光寶氣》，劇中黃德斌飾演的游日東，身形魁梧、習慣留鬚、聲線低沉、說話不多，絲毫沒有「無綫Gay佬味」，偏偏他一直深愛的是高長勝（林保怡飾），令觀眾大吃一驚，能夠如此處理同志角色，只因監製是戚其義。

當然總會有些人不滿意，無意中在facebook見到一位曾在無綫任職PA的人說，「如果認為，一對同性戀情侶在吵架是什麼特別的點子，那你本身就是以奇異眼光來審視他們。」Come On，這樣根本是無視現實！君不見香港社會對於性小眾的態度依然偏向保守嗎？很多時都是口裏說不，身體卻很誠實的帶着有色眼鏡，不然很多公眾人物應該很放心談及自己的性向，而來港發展的日籍男星小林竜介，亦不會因為遭人踢爆曾經在日本拍攝GV後而要執包袱返日本。

 泰國又一段跨國男男戀修成正果！    泰國甘烹碧府周日舉行了一場隆重的男同婚禮，一名47歲英國男子Chris攜100萬銖現金（約13万令吉）、20銖重黃金和1克拉鑽戒，與33歲泰國男子Samruay共結連理，兩人在親朋好友的祝福下正式結為“夫夫”。
 
 
據悉，Chris是英國一家旅遊公司的老闆，Samruay則在曼谷是隆路開了一家餐廳，4年前Chris到泰國北碧府旅遊時與Samruay偶遇，兩人相談甚歡，互留了聯繫方式。Chris經過6個月的苦苦追求終於贏得了Samruay的心，兩人常常一起出國旅遊，在雙方家人的祝福下最終決定步入婚姻的殿堂。

2017年4月5日，大阪市在地方自治原則下，加強了在日本厚生勞動部在寄養家庭相關規定的部分，針對沒有被明確表列的同志伴侶，做了實質的資格許可認定，開放照護受虐兒童安置的寄養家庭，能讓住在大阪市30到40歲的男同志伴侶也可以申請成為寄養家長，為日本第一個開放同志寄養家庭申請的自治體。2011年，日本厚生勞動部制定了寄養家庭相關規範，在此規範原則下，各地方自治體得以更明確的訂定施行辦法。 大阪市政府認為，同性伴侶與異性戀婚姻能具有相同的家庭作用，因此拒絕在資格上以歧視角度做出消極認定。 但先前的厚勞部寄養家庭認定要件，並未明確將同志伴侶列入選項，因此既使同志伴侶想申請成為幫助受虐兒童的寄養家庭，也難以達成。日本約有4萬5千名兒童離開原生家庭接受社會養護，而大多是安置於兒童養護機構，約有一成的兒童是由寄養家庭照護。 大阪在通過新的相關規定後，希望成為寄養家長者，可以到諮詢機構 (兒童相談所) 進行申請，接受面試與大約一周的撫育兒童相關知識的輔導課程，再送由社會福祉審議會媒合，最後由市長認可。
